We usually arrange a 3 hour period. All arrangements will be made prior to your event, and your requirements tailored to.
If you let us know how many guests will be attending, we will ensure that we have enough to cater for all.
Yes, assuming the venue are fine with either then it is fine with us.
Yes, we will provide a fully trained, professional member of staff to serve you and your guests.
Yes, you can request which flavours you would like, If it is available we will certainly provide you choices.
Yes, we have public liability insurance, a copy of this is available on request.
Yes, certificates are available on request.
We require enough space to set up the Ice Cream Trike and Power Supply nearby.
There is no additional charge for events taking place within the 30 miles of CH45. For events further away than this there will be charges of 30p per mile & £10 per hour travel time.

We ask for £50 deposit payable by Bank Transfer/ Cash/ PayPal (We will send you details).
Full balance is due 2 weeks prior to your event or cash on the night (if arrangements are made prior).
Once booking has been confirmed with a deposit payment, deposit is non-refundable. In some circumstances refunds can be made (at business owner’s discretion).
