We can accommodate this. However, this must be specified prior to booking.

Yes, we have public liability insurance, a copy of this is available on request.

We require a power supply close by to set up and enough space to set up equipment.

There is no additional charge for events taking place within the 30 miles of CH45. For events further away than this there will be charges of 30p per mile & £10 per hour travel time.

Depending on which band is hired, would depend on space requirements. Arrangements will be made once this is established.

We ask for £50 deposit payable by Bank Transfer/ Cash/ PayPal (We will send you details).

Full balance is due 2 weeks prior to your event or cash on the night (if arrangements are made prior).

Once booking has been confirmed with a deposit payment, deposit is non-refundable. In some circumstances refunds can be made (at business owner’s discretion).
